In some cases, refunds will not be granted:
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for any reason not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or refused.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within 48 hours.
Delayed or missing refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items:
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, discounted items are not.
Exchanges:

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once you have received the returned item, a gift voucher via promotional code will be sent to you by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person making the gift had the parcel sent with the intention of returning it to you at a later date, we will send you the refund and they will know that you have returned their gift.

You are responsible for the shipping costs related to the return of your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return transport will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are sending an item worth more than €75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
